The EnergyCel™ is a patented device that contains bar magnets. The strong magnets, when assembled and installed around a fuel line, work together to generate a magnetic field.
The magnetic field "treats" the fuel passing through the line on its way to the combustion chamber of an engine. Untreated fuel molecules tend to "cluster" together. It has to do with the amount of attraction molecules have to other molecules with similar properties. In a combustion engine, the more "clusters" there are in the molecular basis of the fuel, the less efficient the burning process of that fuel. Premium grade fuels have a lesser clustering effect than regular grade fuels.
